Warranty Policy

Dear customer:
Hello!
Thank you for using products from Main First Technologies Limited., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mainfirst")!
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and relieve your worries, please purchase Mainfirst products through legitimate channels. Mainfirst makes a standard warranty service commitment to you and provides the following services to you when you need them:

1、 Three guarantee service
1) Package repair
During the warranty period, Mainfirst will provide customers with free repair or replacement of parts damaged due to product quality issues. Outside the warranty period, whether caused by human factors or natural damage, Mainfirst will only charge a cost fee for component replacement or repair. When repairing the product, please provide the product warranty card.


2) Package exchange
Within 90 days from the date of self purchase (based on the date on the original purchase certificate, the same below), if Mainfirst products experience hardware performance failures that are not caused by human factors, do not comply with the "product manual" and relevant national quality inspection standards in the environment specified in the product manual, users have the right to choose to replace or repair them. If you choose to replace, you need to bring the faulty machine and the original purchase certificate to the Mainfirst authorized service outlet. The Mainfirst authorized service outlet will replace the product or faulty accessory with the same model and specifications free of charge; If products or accessories of the same model and specifications have been discontinued, they will be replaced with products or accessories with performance not lower than the original product.
Special reminder: According to the specific purchase and sales contract, products sold at special prices are not eligible for exchange services; Demo machines that are sold at a special price are not eligible for Mainfirst's policy of replacing machines.


3) Guaranteed refund
Within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase, Mainfirst products do not comply with the "product manual" and relevant national quality inspections
When testing standard performance faults, users have the right to choose to return, replace, or repair. If you choose to return, you need to bring the faulty machine and the original purchase order
The voucher will be sent to the seller who purchased the machine, and the seller will handle the return for the user free of charge. And according to the price at the time of purchase (based on the original purchase voucher)

4) Mainfirst does not provide three guarantee services for any of the following situations:
·Exceeding the validity period of the three guarantees;
·Failure to use, maintain, or store the product in accordance with its requirements, resulting in malfunction or damage;
·The product cannot be used normally due to the use of pirated, non-standard, self-developed or third-party software that has not been publicly released;
·Malfunctions or damages caused by abnormal reasons such as falling, squeezing, high temperature, corrosion, foreign objects entering, and poor electrical environment;
·Malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters and wars;
·Product malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or installation without the confirmation of authorized maintenance agencies and their personnel;
·If there is no factory name, address, production date, product serial number, product certificate, or product warranty card, or if the product serial number and label are unclear, damaged, or unrecognizable;
·The product model or number on the voucher does not match the actual product;    


2、 Standard Service Commitment

① When there is a discrepancy between the original purchase voucher date and the production time, the original purchase voucher date shall prevail;
② Please refer to the warranty policies for randomly promoted products and independently sold or non standard products
Warranty certificates corresponding to non standard or non-standard products;
③ The warranty period for special project products shall be subject to the purchase and sale contract;
④ Packaging boxes are not covered by the warranty;
⑤ Demo machines that are sold at a special price are not eligible for Mainfirst's policy of replacing machines, and the warranty period is subject to the purchase and sales contract.


(3) Quick Solution
After purchasing the product, if the Mainfirst product you are using malfunctions, please give priority to calling the contact numbers of Mainfirst service outlets and authorized repair institutions. The staff of Mainfirst service outlets and authorized repair institutions will contact you by phone within two hours of receiving your repair request to confirm a solution.


(4) 5-day * 8-hour work schedule

The normal business hours of Mainfirst service outlets and authorized maintenance institutions are: 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, with holidays off.


(5) Repair process
When there is an abnormality in the Mainfirst product you are using, please first contact the supplier, Mainfirst local technical support engineer, or Mainfirst after-sales service hotline through phone, email, or other means. Our professional service personnel will inquire about product information and fault manifestations through the phone to help you make a preliminary judgment. Please cooperate actively; If it is confirmed that there is a hardware malfunction, please send it to the detailed address provided by the service personnel (the shipping cost is borne by the sender) to the designated Mainfirst service outlet or Mainfirst authorized repair institution for repair. We will diagnose whether it is a free repair or a paid repair service based on the information on the warranty card and the fault situation. If it is a paid repair, our repair engineers will notify you after determining the repair fee standard, and further repair will be carried out with your consent.
During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions and special circumstances do not affect the normal operation of the monitoring system, Mainfirst service outlets or Mainfirst authorized repair institutions may consider whether to immediately send you a replacement product or accessory. Before providing a replacement product or accessory, please provide detailed information such as the product model number, defective parts, your company name, contact address, and contact personnel. Within one week of receiving the replacement product or accessory, you must return the faulty product or accessory to Mainfirst service outlets or Mainfirst authorized repair institutions. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the retail price for the replacement product or accessory, and will no longer enjoy replacement services in the future.
Note: Our company reserves the right to modify the warranty service terms. The specific terms of the warranty may be modified, and the actual product warranty card shall prevail.
